Time-Space Distortion
Koutotsu is a being of unknown nature that exists within the Precipice World, a dimension between Soul Society and the Human World. While powerless outside its dimension, inside of it, Koutotsu has the ability to twist space and time into its will.

Koutotsu distorts the space-time continuum by targeting one enemy, and on the same turn this skill is used, all new harmful single target skills used on that enemy will instead be reused to all enemies.
