Sarugaki Hiyori
The former lieutenant of the 12th Division, Hiyori is a short-tempered, festering girl with very violent tendencies. In battle, Hiyori fights with a large cleaver and a number of abilities that let her put the hurt on the enemy team.

This skill deals 20 physical damage to one enemy and for 1 turn, will increase their active cooldowns by 2 if they use a new skill. Hiyori's team will ignore stun and energy removal effects for 1 turn.
