The former lieutenant of the 12th Division, Hiyori is a short-tempered, festering girl with very violent tendencies. In battle, Hiyori fights with a large cleaver and a number of abilities that let her put the hurt on the enemy team.

For the next 3 turns, when she uses one of her attacks, the beneficial effects of her other attacks will also be applied to her team, and the harmful non-damage effects of her other attacks will also be applied to all enemies. When this skill ends, the count of skills used will reset. This passive cannot be ignored nor removed.
