Dokugamine Riruka

Riruka permanently marks a character. If she marks herself or an ally, they deal 5 more non-affliction damage. If she marks an enemy, they deal 5 less non-affliction damage. This effect is ignored if used on the same target. This skill ends if the caster dies.

If used on herself or an ally, that character heals 35 health for 1 turn. If used on an enemy, their non-affliction damage is reduced by 35. If the target is marked by “I Permit, Dollhouse Entry,” that mark’s effect increases by 5. This skill swaps to “Love Gun” for 1 turn.

If used on herself or an ally, they ignore all harmful effects for 1 turn. If used on an enemy, they take 25 physical damage and are stunned for 1 turn. If the target is marked by “I Permit, Dollhouse Entry,” that mark’s effect increases by 5. This skill swaps to “Love Gun” for 1 turn.

This character will become invulnerable for 1 turn. The following 4 turns, this skill will be swapped with "Peeved Piggy and Berserk Bird Combo."

Allies affected by “I Permit, Dollhouse Entry” gain 15 destructible defense, while affected enemies take 30 damage. If she or an ally is affected by “Love Gun,” they will become invulnerable for 1 turn, and the affected enemy cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable for 1 turn. This skill costs 1 additional random reiatsu for 2 turns.

If used on herself or an ally, permanently lowers skill cost by 1 random reiatsu. If used on an enemy, permanently increases their skill cost by 1 random reiatsu. This effect is ignored if used on the same ally/enemy, and using it on a different ally/enemy ends the effect on the previous one. This skill ends if the caster dies.
